【Collection method】
1. The Diagfile:
save:

System View: return to User View with Ctrl + Z.

Directory of cfa0: / diagfile
   0 -rw- 7269 Jul 01 2016 10:31:54 diagfile1.log
 
Then download the diagfile.log file from the diagfile folder in the CF to the computer.
 
2. The logfile:
save:
<H3C> logfile save
The contents in the log file buffer have been saved to the file cfa0: /logfile/logfile1.log
 
Then download all logfile.log files from the logfile folder in the CF to the computer.
 
 
3. info file: In the info folder of CF, the path cfa0: / info // check it, if there is this file, please collect it.
 
If there are multiple CF cards, each CF card will check to see if there are any of these files.
 
4. Diagnostic information
(Method A)
Save the operation record, record the displayed information through the terminal to save the session (there is a lot of information, it takes a little time)
