Why need to disable HA function during the online version upgrade?

There are two reasons for disabling HA function during the online version upgrade: 

1. The target version of the upgrade has upgraded the HA module script. You need to turn off the HA function to upgrade 

2. HA function will regularly detect the state of virtual machine and host, and then confirm whether ha action is triggered to migrate virtual machine or restart virtual machine. There may be detection packet loss during the upgrade process. In order to ensure the stable operation of the platform, it is generally recommended to turn off the HA function in the upgrade process
