Check whether the current
system version of ac is compatible with this model ap and whether the AC have corresponding version in the directory through the command: dir.

Check whether the AP can obtain
the address in the corresponding address pool through the DHCP server. If other
APs can obtain the address on the same switch, please change the network cable.
4.
Whether the OPTION 43 field in
the DHCP address pool is configured correctly.
5.
After the AP obtains the
address, check whether it communicates with the AC address by routing:ping AC.
6.
Check whether the automatic registration command
is configured: Wlan auto-ap enable , If it is manual registration, please check the serial number
configured.
7.
Do not modify the PVID of the
AP upstream port.
8.
Display wlan ap all to view Remaining AP
licenses: Is it sufficient?
9.
Check whether the firmware-update version
verification function is disabled on the AC。
