Problem Description
In this case, two S6800-54QFs cannot be stacked with IRF, and it prompts when stacking with IRF:
The port Ten2/0/1 can"t receive irf pkt, please check.
The Vxlan mode configurations should be the same on devices in one IRF. Please check them on the neighbor device connected to IRF-port 2 S6800-54QF version information is as follows:

The hardware resource mode of one is border40k and the other is l3gw24k. Different hardware resources cannot be stacked on IRF.
Solution
Just modify the hardware resource mode of one of them, the reference command is as follows:
[H3C]hardware-resource vxlan l3gw24k
Do you want to change the specified hardware resource working mode? [Y/N]:y
The hardware resource working mode is changed, please save the configuration and reboot the system to make it effective.
After modification, save the configuration and restart to complete the IRF stacking.
