Compatibility with RT-MSR3610-X1 + SIC-1EPRI

The customer found that after installing the SIC-1EPRI daughter card on the MSR3610-X1, the device showed that it could not be recognized.

Here is the output of display device command:

1. First check the MSR installation manual, you can see from the Appendix A Interface module list that SIC-1EPRI is the abbreviation of RT-SIC-1EPRI-V3. 

2. Check Table 217 SICs/DSICs compatibility with the routers (6), you can see that SIC-1EPRI is not compatible with MSR3610-X1.

This interface card is not supported by MSR3610-X1.
