The relationship between the negotiated rate（Rx/Tx） and the actual speed between the wireless AP and the terminal

Why the actual rate displayed by the terminal using the speed measurement software（like speedtest） is inconsistent with the negotiated rate(Rx/Tx) between the AP and the terminal

Rx/Tx rate means Sending and receiving rates of data, management, and control frames. 

There are many factors that affect the actual rate, including air interface environmental interference, conflicts between multiple users, the distance between the terminal and the AP, and the terminal type. For example, first, the air interface limit throughput is 70% of the negotiated rate, that is, about 866*70%=606Mbps. Due to the interference between multiple users, the interference of the surrounding environment and the number of people connected. We assume that the performance also drops to about 70%, and the actual throughput is about 866*70%*70%=424Mbps. It is also related to the distance between the terminal and the AP. Therefore, under ideal conditions, the actual rate is about half of the theoretical negotiated rate.
