Solution
Set as follow:
1.select User>User Access Policy>Customize Terminal
pages>Portal Page, then copy
the login pages URL
2.Click on the icon in the image below
3.Click settings, then paste the copied URL into the URL shown below,then click save and Publish. when you click on the registration user on the portal authentication
page, the page is the custom page.
