Problem Description
When we try to access to a network device through iMC session (Actions -> SSH) there is an empty window only. We tried connecting to the different devices that are managed by iMC: S6800, F5030, F1000-AI-90/70,
Process Analysis
1. Check whether the SNMP and SSH protocols on the device can test communication
2. Check whether tools such as putty have been installed on the PC

1.configure the java
Add these 2 url
http://172.31.6.245:8080/imc/plat/exec/popup.jsf
2.open imc via IE browser
3. click ssh,
Download putty or other tools for access device
