Problem Description
Configuring Alarm Forwarding,
The notification alarm is not correctly sent. We already configure send only the “critical’ and “major”, but we still received the “info”
Process Analysis
1. Check whether alarms of the info type are selected, but the alarms of the INFO type are still forwarded
2.After you set alarm forwarding of the INFO type, the system directly forwards alarms of the info type and recovery type. If only critical warning forwarding is set, only recovery alarms are forwarded. Therefore, we can determine that the fault occurs in the recovery alarm.
Solution
1.Alarm forwarding of the recovery type is configured by default on the platform. The recovery type of alarms is info.
You need to manually disable this function
