Layer 2 topology link disconnection

Process Analysis

Layer 2 links are calculated by MAC address learning, where MAC address learning information is periodically aged. when the MAC address is aged, the link cannot be calculated and disappears from the topology diagram; if it is not aged, the link can be calculated correctly.

Solution

You can increase the topology link for a while before the link disappears and enable "Enable Delayed Delete" funtion , the solution is as follows:

1. select Resource>Network Topology

2. Click Network Topology, enter the network topology interface

Note: After enable "Enable Delayed Delete" function, the default parameter is 4320, but you need to modify this parameter to take effect.
