How to check the current time and time zone on the CAS platform?

The way to view the current time can be viewed from the frontend and backend, the frontend way is in the Summary screen of each host, which will show the current Host Time, as shown below, the time zone information is not shown in the frontend. It can be viewed from the backend, as shown below for CST time zone. The backend can be viewed using the command "date".
