Cloud AP can not access the web gui

Problem Description

The customer uses WA6628 in Cloud mode and cannot access web GUI management.    

Process Analysis

1.configuration check

 ip http enable

 ip https enable

2. check the vlan 1 ip and check if can ping the ap

[H3C]dis ip int br

*down: administratively down

(s): spoofing  (l): loopback

Solution

Do not configure oasis, then access the ssid(H3C_XXXXXX ), then enter 10.40.94.1 to access web of the cloud ap web

Default user name /psw: admin/h3capadmin
