Problem Description
Background:
1.AP and AC successfully connected, AC can manage APs.
2.Upgrade AC ,but AP fail to join AC and reboot many times.
3.Log shows the reason: [AP was reset due to inconsistent local and reported radio statistics.]

Process Analysis
Check the version of AP and AC, we find the version of them are inconsistent.
Solution
1.Upgrade the AP version to consistent with AC.
2.or undo firmware-upgrade enable
