Why the Restore button of UIS VM backup cannot be clicked

After backing up a CAS virtual machine, you can directly click Restore to restore the state of the virtual machine to the point in time when it was previously backed up. However, note that the Restore button cannot be operated when the virtual machine is running or suspended, and you need to shut down the virtual machine to perform the restore operation properly. If the virtual machine is hibernated, you can click Restore, but it will indicate that the hibernated virtual machine is not allowed to be restored.
