Problem Description
As shown in the diagram, the customer has a 1000M speed with wired, but with wireless, the terminal only has a 300M speed, which is a very poor experience.
Process Analysis
The AP is Cloud AP, and it was managed by OasisCloudnet.
After checking the configuration on the Cloudnet, we found that the Band was set to 40M.
AP bandwidth will affect the speed of STA.
Solution
The AP support 20M, 40M, and 80M.
so we can change the band (The edit button is on the far right) to 80M on cloudnet, and the speed get to 790M.
It meets the needs of the customer.
