ADCmapus device cannot online with authentication error code 26 in leaf and E63049 error in EIA

ADCampus(EIA)-----Leaf-----access-----phone

check in the authentication point---leaf,  authentication error 26.  but the user has been added and password is right.

check in the EIA, ERROR code E63049.

E63049: Failed to check device VLAN binding.
Analysis: The Bind VLAN or Bind QinQ Double VLAN option is selected in the access policy of the user. The previous message appears if the system fails to obtain the user VLAN information or the obtained VLAN does not match the VLAN bound to the user. Solution: To resolve the problem:1. Make sure the VLAN information carried in authentication packets matches the bound VLAN of the access user. 2. Clear the Bind VLAN or Bind QinQ Double VLAN option in the access policy of the use  

The vlan of phone now, is not the same as the first authentication one.   

If you in a latest EIA, click the access user, it will show the binding vlan.  If in a old one, it will not show.  

1. clean up the binding info for it:  delete the access user and create it again.

or 2. disable binding vlan in the access policy.
