★ Portal authentication user logs out automatically after being online for a few minutes

Typical Networking for Portal Authentication

The site is deployed in the wireless Portal networking mode and iMC server method for authentication. However, the portal authentication user will log out automatically after being online for a few minutes.

(1) Firstly, through the phenomenon analysis, the client can pass the authentication and go online to prove that there is no problem at the        authentication level.

(2) Check configuration:

     #Idle cut function are not configured on the AC

      Authorization attributes:

      Idle cut: Disabled

     #Portal user sync function configured on the AC

(3) After confirmation, the Support User Heartbeat function is not enabled on the imc.

The Portal User information sync function has been configured on the AC. 

This function must be enabled at the same time as the User Heartbeat function on the iMC.
