Process Analysis

Root cause:

The client network subnet can not ping IMC address.

You can use "ping -a xxxx(client subnetwork)   IMC" to check reachability at AC.

Solution

1.use "ping -a xxxx(client subnetwork)   IMC" to check reachability at AC.

2.check routing issue.usually the problem is that IMC or management switch has no route to client sub-network.
