Problem Description
when access Wifi using Laptop, the authentication page show:
Process Analysis
From the alarm, we can see that the root cause is because the SSL certification authority invalid.
Maybe your laptop not believe that certification of that page.
In normal situation, xxx.google.com is believed by almost pc,phone,laptop, but some old terminal may not.
You can use http instead https to access that page, because only https protocol need SSL certification
