Unable to access the
Internet after the terminal roams (same SSID across ACs)
Two wireless controllers release the same SSID, the terminal can roam across ACs, and the SSID vlans are assigned differently at both ends. Since the SSID configurations at both ends are consistent, the terminal cannot perceive the change of the vlan of the terminal in the background, and the terminal will not actively update the address, resulting in the inability to access the Internet.
Solution:
Since the logic on the terminal side cannot be changed, it is recommended to avoid situations where the SSID does not change and the assigned VLAN changes. You can consider adjusting the network, or use vlan pool technology to realize the function of roaming across ACs without changing the VLAN to ensure terminal experience.
