Since the AC hardware failure involves the license change operation, The activation code of the new AC device can be directly generated from the authorization code of the faulty AC license.. The operation steps are as follows:

1)       Visit H3C https://licensing.h3c.com/, click on "Device Replacement Authorization Change Application" on the left, and you will enter the page as shown in the figure.

2)       Select product category: Wireless_H3C WLAN ACV7.

3)       Fill in the spare parts RMA number: the RMA number generated by the H3C spare parts management system for each repaired device.

4)       Fill in the S/N of the new device, the DID file of the new device, user information, etc., and click "Submit". The license activation code of the new device is returned.
