There is a problem with some versions of the Intel NIC Wi-Fi driver, some versions of Intel® Wireless Adapters that support 802.11 ac will not show Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 ax) networks in their scan list, so they cannot connect to the Fi 6 (802.11ax) wireless access point even if the access point also supports Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac).
