Problem Description
The IRF fails to go up after restarting the primary device after the IRF test is launched at a certain site.
Process Analysis
AC do IRF, after successful stacking reboot the primary device for service switching test, found that the stacking can’t be up after the primary device up, first check the configuration, found the site of the primary and secondary topo-domain inconsistent:

Primary AC:
the site in ac stacking before changing the domain ID of the topo domain, the configuration is effective after reboot, so before reboot topo-domain ID consistent, stacking no problem, the main AC reboot topo-domain ID changed, resulting in stacking can't be up.
Solution
Change the primary and secondary topo-domain ids to ensure consistency, problem solved.
