The user"s WeChat access is not smooth, mainly manifested by uncertain users, and the pictures of the WeChat circle of friends of indefinite time are opened with serious timeout, and the pictures cannot be loaded out for a long time.

1, Tencent has two address segments dedicated to education network users and directly routed to education network access. The address segments are

121.51.0.0/16 182.254.0.0/16

2. Causes of the problem:

Users use the dual-stack case to give priority to IPv6 routing. Universities using IPv6 are usually education network outlets, and users using IPv6 address, when accessing https dns, Tencent default for this user is education network user. Tencent IPv6 is not grayed out to the full amount of users, and users who are not grayed out to the full amount of users are only downlinked to IPv4, that is, they use the two addresses mentioned above and flow out from the education network exit of Tencentcap, but these multi-export users are taking the entrance of Tencent"s operator, and this kind of cross-network traffic Tencentcap will have speed limit and packet loss, thus leading to bad quality.

Put 121.51.0.0/16 and 182.254.0.0/16 into the education network exit links of each university.
