Problem Description
Wireless controller failed to connect to third-party servers for 802.1X authentication.
Process Analysis
The joint software server uses the calling station id field to distinguish the clients in every Radio Access Request message sent by the wireless controller. The second Radio Access Request message sent by the wireless controller does not carry the calling station id field, which makes the joint software server unable to distinguish the client information, resulting in authentication failure.
Solution
Upgrading the wireless controller version to E1046P01 and above version can completely solve the problem.
