Handling of wireless
terminal association failure
Feedback that the association of the wireless terminal fails. It is not that the address cannot be obtained for the association, but that the association fails. Run the dis wlan ap name XXX ver command to check the running status of the AP . It is found that the establishment of the data tunnel between the AP and the AC fails, and the status is down . When the AP registers, it registers and manages through the control port UDP 5246 of CAPWAP . If the AP registration status is normal, it means that the control tunnel is normal. If the data tunnel is down , it means that the data tunnel between AP and AC has not been established, either because the link between AP and AC is unstable, or the link between AP and AC is blocked on UDP port 5247. The data tunnel port of CAPWAP is UDP 5247 . By default, the AC is associated with the AC , that is, the association request message exchange of the wireless terminal needs the AP to send it to the AC through the data tunnel for processing. Here, the data tunnel is down and the association request cannot be delivered to the AC , so the association fails.
Solution:
1) Try to adjust the wireless association point on the AP , which can be temporarily avoided

2) Further check the UDP 5247 port blockage between the AP and the AC , and check the intermediate devices
