Problem Description

A pop-up window on the iPhone terminal prompts "Wireless LAN does not seem to be connected to the Internet"

Process Analysis

Many sites encounter the problem of pop-up windows during the use of iphone terminals. At this time, the wifi icon remains. After clicking "Continue to try to use wireless LAN" at the bottom of the pop-up window, the wireless network can be used normally. This phenomenon occurs occasionally, and this problem occurs on iPhones after IOS 13. When the pop-up window appears, check the terminal status on the device, and the ping test is normal, and the WeChat messages sent can be received in the pop-up window state, indicating that it has nothing to do with wireless devices, authentication methods, wireless networks, and Apple mobile phone compatibility. After ruling out the suspicion of the device, I captured the packet and checked the message interaction and found that when prompted by the pop-up window, the terminal after IOS version 13 is detecting the message of the Apple server netcts.cdn-apple.com, and the terminal of IOS 12 is from the beginning to the end. This message detection has not been sent. After confirming with Apple officials that netcts.cdn-apple.com is a newly added domain name after upgrading iOS 13.x, when the server does not respond due to its own network instability or other reasons, the iPhone mistakenly thinks that the Wi-Fi network is abnormal. A pop-up window reminds the user.

Solution

Since the Apple manufacturer has not clearly resolved the unstable interaction with this server, there is currently an abnormal pop-up window, and you can only manually click Continue to use to restore the normal experience.
