Check that the WMM function is disabled under the radio, which will cause the terminal to fail to negotiate to 11ac normally. If it is an 802.11n or 802.11ac client, it must support WLAN QoS, so when the Radio works in 802.11an, 802.11gn or 802.11ac, the WMM function must be enabled, otherwise it may cause the associated 802.11n or 802.11ac The client cannot communicate.

Solution:

The WMM function is enabled by default, delete the disabled configuration and restore the default.
