Process Analysis

Check the configuration and there is no problem. Display device shows that the 4G card status is normal and there is no problem. Check dis cellular and find that the module status is online and normal, the current service status is Limited, and the current RSRP strength is -105dBm. Instruct the customer to go to a place with better signal for testing, and the problem has been solved.

Solution

When the service status is Limited, it usually means that the signal is weak (less than -90) or there is a problem with the network selection mode.

It is recommended to modify Network Selection Mode: LTE to automatic mode.

Set 4G Modem automatic selection

<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] controller cellular 2/4/0
[Sysname-Cellular2/4/0]mode auto
