Why got an error when creating GRE tunnel interface for S9850-32H?

I tried to create tunnel1 interface and got the following error:

int tu1 mode gre

Failed to create the interface, because no service loopback group is configured.

The product is a feature change proposed in the R671X version. Configuring GRE over IPv4 tunnels does not require configuring a service loopback group. Therefore, the R671X version manual deletes the service loopback group configuration, and the manuals of previous versions do not need to be modified.
