Solution
The device requests www.h3c.com. If there is an update, the download domain name fed back by the server is downloadcdn.h3c.com.
Solution:
Confirm whether port 80 of the device to the two domain names www.h3c.com and downloadcdn.h3c.com is reachable.
If the device can run the telnet command, run the following command:
telnet www.h3c.com 80
telnet downloadcdn.h3c.com 80
