Problem Description

There is a two-way NAT between the MC server and the access device, that is, the iMC server is located in the private network, the access user and the access device are located in another private network, and the access device goes through NAT and authenticates on the iMC EIA server under another NAT. .

Solution

For iMC EIA 7.2 and above, add the LB device address in User-Access Policy Management-Portal Server Management-Server Configuration. The LB address refers to the public network address after NAT of the iMC server. Other configurations can follow the typical configurations of normal iMC EIA traversal NAT Portal authentication.
