Problem Description
Customer observed that when wired users authenticate via BYOD, they need to reauthenticate again when the disconnect from the wired network and reconnect again which is not the case with wireless users.
Process Analysis
Please make sure the transparent configuration the controller is correct.
Solution
Configure the Transperant Auth.
Modified these 2 parameters as following:
Session timeout period: 86400 sec
Offline detection: 3600 sec (server-assigned)
