How should it be turned off for Cloud AP Service Template 16?

In the Cloud AP CLI interface service template 16 in the Cloudnet is a management template, the AP will be automatically Enabled after tuning to Cloud AP mode, if manually disabled using the command line it will also be automatically turned on periodically due to the Cloudnet feature. Currently, this can only be circumvented by turning off Cloudnet synchronisation.
