Problem Description

After the customer configured the AP Bandwidth instance, the trend records in the report cannot be observed.


Process Analysis

Check if the component is correctly deployed ------ Wireless Pref Collect Engin is correctly deployed.


After R&D confirmation, it is a known issue for the version and has been resolved in WSM E0613 or E0614.

Solution

Solution: 

Upgrade WSM component to E0613 or E0614. 

Workaround: 

Modify the configuration file, and then restart the imcwlanperfdm backend. Add the configuration item "RestartWeekDay=10" at the end of the configuration file iMC\server\conf\imc_wsm_perf.conf.


After operating on-site according to the workaround, the problem was immediately resolved.
