Failed to activate Windows server purchased from H3C company

The customer purchased the license key from H3C, but encountered the following error when entering the license key:

Check if the Windows server version displayed in the purchased license key matches the installed version. If they match, please refer to the solution to activate Windows.

If the server can connect to the Internet, activate it in the normal way, If there isno network, you need to activate by phone, Please follow the steps below while ensuring that the actual OS version is the same as the version stated in the key label and that the system time zone and time are correct. 

1. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges, type: slmgr.vbs /dli, in the pop-up dialog box, find the third line of "partial product key", if the displayed 5-digit key and the last 5 digits of the key you entered are the same, then go to step 3;

2. If the display of the previous command is inconsistent, close the window and enter the command: slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx at the command prompt, where xxxxxx is replaced by the actual key, after this step is finished, go back to step 1 for confirmation;

3. Open the run window, type slui 4, select the region in which you are located, select the country, after the next step the Microsoft activation phone number will appear as well as the installation ID, you need to call that phone number and contact the Microsoft activation center, it is an automatic voice response system, follow the prompts and enter the installation ID you see, the system will show the verification ID after verification, just enter it into the blank;

 4. On the basis of the ID confirmation already returned in the phone, if you find that you cannot enter it successfully when you try to enter it, please press the key combination "Shift+ space" and try to enter it again.
