A customer’s WA6120 has been registered to Cloudnet for management, but because the Cloudnet account and password were registered by someone else and cannot be retrieved, the cloud AP cannot be managed through Cloudnet.
The device cannot be managed through Cloudnet, and the account password is lost. You need to unbind the original account and rebind it to the new account.
Cloud AP supports autonomous unbinding. When Cloudnet needs to bind a device that has been registered in another account, you can obtain the device unbinding code on Cloudnet, log in to the AP"s local WEB and enter the unbinding code, so that the device can be unbound in the original account. Then bind to the new account.
