When adding AC in WBC, Device State shows Unknown Version, and AC is offline:

The Oasis platform installed on a WBC multiservice access controller is a local edition for the H3C Cloudnet platform, allowing administrators to monitor the network and operate and maintain devices from the platform. You can manage your devices from the Oasis platform as long as you register the devices on the platform.

Therefore, you must first ensure that the address between the device and WBC is reachable, and then configure the corresponding cloud server configuration to connect.

Adding devices to the WBC can be configured as follows:

1. Add a device from the CLI

# Specify the Oasis platform domain name as oasisauth.h3c.com.

2. Add a device from the Oasis platform

A.     From the left navigation pane, select Network > Devices.

B.     Select a branch and a site.

C.     Click Add.

To obtain the serial number of the device, see the label on the device, or access the device form the console port, and then execute the display device manuinfo command.
