The Neutron container in CloudOS is in a 0/1 state.

 CloudOS E5134 integrates with SDN E6109h02 version.

After completing the setup of the controller plug-in on CloudOS, the Neutron container remains in a Running 0/1 state.  

  In the Neutron container, when entering the /var/log/neutron directory, the following error appears in the logs: "ImportError: No module named lb.h3c_lbplugin_driver_v2."

  The error occurred because the security plugin was not installed at that time, and the lb driver failed to load. This caused the neutron service to start. Upon confirmation, it was found that the wrong version of the plugin was installed, and the security plugin was not installed, leading to the error mentioned above.
When installing the controller plugin, make sure to differentiate between the converged and non-converged versions. The converged version requires the installation of a security plugin, as shown in the following image.  

  Install the non-converged version of the plugin, with the Pike version.
