Microsoft Windows mandatory security update patch KB5033375, in 802.1x authentication combined with ft enable usage scenarios (WPA2 Enterprise SSID used in conjunction with the 802.11r standard), causes the client to be unable to access the prompt after entering an account password

Solution

Solution: 

1. undo the ft enable configuration under the service template; 

2. Remove the patch KB5033375 from the client.
