Maximum users connects to 2.4 GHZ instead of 5 GHZ

We have 2 ACs and 75 APs installed at customer site
Problem Description
At Customer site we deployed 2*WX2880 ACs and 70+ WA6526E APs.
After configurations , when users connects then customer complaints about slow connectivity and huge latency .
Process Analysis
We started troubleshooting , after troubleshooting we found that maximum 5GHZ supported users are connecting to 2.4 GHZ. thats why they faced slow connectivity and huge latency.
Solution
To resolve the issue, we increased power of radio 1 (5 GHZ) to maximum 20 dbm and reduced radio 2 (2.4 GHZ) to 4 dbm.
after this optimization, 5 GHZ band supported users successfully connected to 5 GHZ .
