NAT front-end or back-end has issues
NTA front-end display issues, the required logs to collect:
1. \iMC\unbam\log; 2. jserver's debug log.
NTA backend issues, the required logs to collect:
1. Process logs and receive logs Change the debug level method, and after the issue is resolved, change it back to INFO level.
windows:
NTA/UBA backend log path: receiver.txt and processor.txt logs under iMC\unba\log.
Linux:
First, enter the iMC/unba/bin directory, and then execute the setLogLevel script.
2. Collect all files under iMC\unba\conf.
