The customer used iFIST to inspect the 8 R4700 G6 servers, and the following two identical alarms appeared in each server inspection result

8 servers with the same alerts, most likely caused by software. So try to upgrade HDM Version.
However, after upgrading HDM to the latest version, there are still alarms generated.
After in-depth analysis of the alarm generation mechanism of iFIST by R&D, it was found that this version of iFIST did not adapt the CPU and array card models of the server, so this alarm was generated after the inspection.
CPU Model: INTEL(R) XEON(R) PLATINUM 8568Y+
RAID Card Model: RAID-MARVELL-SANTACRUZ-LP-2i
After confirming that the hardware is working properly, these alerts can be ignored and do not affect the server. A new iFIST version will be released in January 2025 that will address this adaptation issue.
