★ CASTools not running

H3C CAS/UIS/Workspace VM migrate from VMware to H3C virtualization platform.

Then find out VM castools not running as the memory utilization of the virtual machine is 100%.

The VM OS is windows.

Step1. Confirm this VM OS is in compatibility list.

Step2: Is qemu-ga service running? Is VMware tools running? Need to uninstall it,otherwise it will have impact on CASTools. 

Step3. Is antivirus software installed on the virtual machine? 

Need to add it to the antivirus software whitelist. This customer's antivirus is called apex one. 

Step4. Windows-related services need to be enabled.

 There are four relevant microsoft services :  windows management instrumentation ,windows update,volume shadow copy,Distributed Transaction Coordinator

Pls check and operate above.If issue still exites, pls check VM castools log C:\Program Files\castools\qemu-ga.log
