Portal authentication interface cannot pop up
Check the configuration and troubleshoot routing issues;
Check whether the firewall allows access to the IP and port;
Check the authentication server port status;
Check whether the free-rule allows the portal server address to be accessed.
- If possible, DNS issue
Check whether DNS is configured.
Check whether the terminal is reachable to the DNS.
> Unreachable, check whether the DNS authentication-free rule is configured (portal free-rule allows the DNS address to be connected);
> Reachable, check whether DNS can resolve the address normally.
- Manually enter the portal web server URL address in the browser.
Can be opened normally, redirection problem
> Packet capture;
> debugging portal redirect to see if there is an error.
Cannot open normally
> Whether the client's IP address group is bound normally on the server;
> Whether the portal device on the server is bound to the port group;
> Whether the port group on the server is bound to the correct IP address group;
* Whether the address range of the IP address group is correct.
> Whether portal enable method direct is configured under the service template;
> Whether the device name contains Chinese or special symbols;
> Whether the IMC/Radius configuration takes effect.
