LADP user failed in 802.1x authentication. Check the authentication fail reason through the error log: the prompt indicates domain controller information error.
After the AD domain controller reboots, the MSchapv2 process will fail when attempting to connect to the AD domain controller. In this case, the process must be restarted to initialize the connection for success.
Restart the UAM and MSchapv2 processes.
After upgrading to version 611H06, the MSchapv2 process will restart automatically.
