Problem Description
Unable to log in to the web interface after on-site installation of GPON Management System network management system (NMS), base-service is not enabled
Process Analysis
The issue was found when the authorization file obtained from the official website was directly uploaded to the /usr/local/services/base-service directory, causing base-service to become unusable.
After modifying the authorization file to license.xml.sig and re-uploading it, the service resumed normal operation, and WEB login functioned properly.
Solution
Rename the authorization file to license.xml.sig
The GMS license file must be named license.xml.sig
