Slot2 board has a large number of CPU-bound wireless packets. The print packets for RXTX are as follows:

Slot2 board has many CAPWAP packets forwarded to the CPU via software switching, which should normally be hardware-switched.

Solution

Query method: Check if the uww package is installed by running dis version

The device between AP and AC previously had the UWW integrated AC package installed. After installation, the switch acting as an AC would deliver rules to forward wireless packets to the CPU. However, due to the high volume of packets, shadow anti-attack rules were deployed. Later, the integrated AC package was removed in the live network. Since there were still a large number of wireless packets in the network, the shadow rules remained active and could not trigger automatic deletion upon the disappearance of attacks. The issue has now been manually resolved through recovery, and no further problems are expected.
