Problem Description
After modifying the idle-cut value to 43200 on the AC in the domain cloud issued by Cloudnet, the value reverted to the default 30 after some time.
Process Analysis
Modifying multiple times still reverts to default values. Troubleshoot AC and Cloudnet issues. Neither the Cloudnet manual nor the AC fault manual has any record.
Solution
The issue was resolved by undoing the smartmc enable configuration on the AC. smartmc enable is an automated configuration that may revert some settings, causing modified values to recovery default values.
