Network Topology

H3C server with MARVELL RAID controller

Problem Description

If Secure Boot is enabled in BIOS, the RAID-MARVELL-M.2 raid card cannot be identified, but works normally after disabling it. Initially, the system was installed with RAID configured without enabling Secure Boot, but after enabling Secure Boot, the raid card could no longer be identified, and the system failed to boot. Other on-site device configurations, such as the LSI-9560 raid card, are unaffected by this issue.

Process Analysis

RAID-MARVELL-M.2The RAID controller does not support Secure Boot and will not be modified in the future

Solution

The configuration limitation cannot be resolved. The only options are to disable Secure Boot or replace the RAID controller
